Do you ever consider treatment outside of the peripartum period in a patient with a history of obstetric APS?

I would consider several questions/scenarios to decide on treatments:
If a patient plans to attempt pregnancy in the near future, I would consider continuing anti-coagulation (provided there are no specific safety concerns) and consider starting hydroxychloroquine.
